It’s common to thrust your hips toward the ball in the downswing and come out of your posture.
This will cause you to come into contact with a weak flip in order to make decent contact with the ball.
But I know you don’t want to hit with a weak flip, right?
Of course, and Joe’s exercise will help you eliminate your nasty flip.
For a Straight-Line Release, you need to stay in your posture.
So make sure you keep your hips touching the wall during this exercise.
