In this video, you’ll learn how to add speed to your golf swing.
You’ll get a high-tech, 3D look at the shoulder turn to give you better idea of what you should strive for in your swing.
To demonstrate, I put on a crazy getup of MySwing sensors and make a few swings.
The sensors create a cool robot-like figure on the computer screen and the software allows us to accurately measure shoulder angles, the amount of shoulder turn, and much more.
The focus of this video is to get at least a 90-degree shoulder turn.
Pros average around 118 degrees.
You don’t need that much to make a good swing, but if you allow your hips to rotate back, you should be able to at least get 90 degrees.
Watch this video now to get a cool 3D analysis so you can learn the key moves to get your shoulder turn past 90 degrees!
