Hi guys, and welcome to the bio-mechanics training for instructors. This is where we walk through a lot of the bones and the muscles of the body.
We talk about how those are incorporated in the golf swing, and how those can help you to fix different issues.
We’re going to go over most of the major bones in the body, most of the major muscles in the body, and we’re going to talk about how these relate in the golf swing, and how these are going to help you to position them correctly and move them correctly to help your students improve their game.
You’ll be amazed once you can identify exactly what they should be doing, which parts of their body they should be moving differently, that will open up a whole new world of instruction for you guys.
Really know this inside and out, this’ll definitely be something you need to know like the back of your hand to become a certified Top Speed Golf Instructor in the future.
So good luck to you guys, let’s go ahead and get started.
