Have you ever wondered how to hit solid shots time and time again?
It’s impossible without the right body angles…
Do you know the REAL goal?
The goal of the Stable Fluid Spine level is to get comfortable with the concepts of tilt while setting up for a shot.
In this video, “How to Hit Solid Shots | The End Goal,” you’re going to find out how this tilt method will allow you to create forward shaft lean and have straight-line club release…
Watch this video sooner rather than later because you cant afford to wait on this!
What's Covered: Motions and movements to be considered while setting up to hit solid shots.

Hi guys, and welcome back. So before we get too far talking about our stable, fluid spine.
We work on set up, we work on the top of the swing, let’s talk about where we’re going to go in the long term, what’s the end goal that we’re trying to get to?
If we look at the top pros whether they’re hitting a wedge, whether they’re hitting a driver, all of them are going to be tilted slightly away from the ball with their upper body at contact.
So if I come into my downswing, I’m going to simulate where I’d be at contact here.
You notice that my upper body, so if I take the center of my hips and I draw a line up to my upper chest, or the very top of my sternum, that angle is going to be tilted away from the target about 20° to 25°.
You can measure that for yourself, but if you look at all the top pros, they’re going to have that same angle.
The reason we’re doing this is so that we can release the golf club properly. We’re going to get forward shaft lean, we’re going to get compression, we’re going to get speed, all happening from that one motion, or making it much more easy to do this from that one motion.
So as we’re coming into the downswing, my body’s tilted away, now everything’s angled to where I can get into my straight line release and that’s going to be very easy to do.
Everything’s angled to where my hands will be leading the way and that’s going to make the face more stable.
I’m going to have more forward shaft lean as I’m coming through here. I’m going to be delofting the club. We’re making this one movement that’s going to help everything else.
So there’s no drills for this video, I wanted you to get familiar with this so you know where we’re going.
So then we when you see pros setting up, even if their set up is a little bit different, even if the top of the backswing is different, we know when we’re coming in the downswing, we need to get that angled away 20° to 25°, in that ball park, it’s going to allow you to hit some very crisp shots.
So as we work through these drills, the reason we’re getting set up with a little bit of tilt, the reason we’re going to the top of the backswing with a little bit of a title, is to make it easier to get to contact.
So good luck to you guys, now that we know what we’re going for in the end goal, let’s build the setup, let’s build the top of the backswing and make that very, very easy to do.
